How to return a PCB and identify a replacement product
Check warranty status, physical condition and serviceability before returning a signal or demand PCB to AGD.
Before returning a PCB
-
Read the identification label. In CB-XXX-ZZ MM/YY, XXX is the PCB number, ZZ is the issue, and MM/YY is the month and year of manufacture.
-
Check whether the PCB is within warranty.
-
Inspect it for water ingress or physical damage. Do not return a damaged board as a repairable item because it will be classed as beyond economic repair.
-
For a non-warranty board, check the serviceable PCB list below.
-
Contact AGD for return authorisation and record the product details in the returns process.
A non-warranty return may carry an administration or processing charge. A repaired product is fully tested and calibrated and may be returned with factory settings and the latest approved firmware.

CB-094, CB-095, CB-164, CB-165, CB-243 and CB-244 have no current PCB replacement in the source table. For AGD94X units, only aspects fed directly from the termination block are supported. If the red and green aspects are linked by a white jumper cable, replace both PCBs and both cable looms or return the unit to AGD for assessment.

The source lists no direct alternative for AGD402, AGD410, AGD910 or AGD925. Ask AGD to assess the application before specifying a replacement. A serviceable classification means that an assessment process exists; a returned item may still be classed as beyond economic repair.
