How do I connect to the AGD650 and perform initial setup?
Connecting via WiFi
After power-up:
- Wait for the red LED to flash 5 times.
- Search for the detector WiFi network.
Default SSID format:
650
Where:
- XXXXXX-XXXX is the serial number
- TBD is a configurable site name
Default Password
Agd650
Replace XXXXXX-XXXX with the detector serial number.
Accessing the Configuration Interface
Open a browser and browse to:
Supported browsers:
- Chrome
- Edge
- Firefox
- Safari
No software installation is required.
AGD Touch-Setup Wizard
The setup process consists of three stages:
Step 1 – Site Configuration
Configure:
- Installation location
- User notes
- WiFi SSID
- Password
Best practice:
- Change the default password during commissioning.
Step 2 – Configure Detection Zones
Create:
- Zone 1
- Zone 2
For each zone:
- Define geometry
- Select detection class
- Apply masks if required
Step 3 – Configure Operating Parameters
Configure:
- WiFi timeout
- Hold time
- Detection delay
- Output timeout
- Non-detect fault mode
- Detection threshold
Final Commissioning
After setup:
- Click Finish.
- Reboot or power-cycle the detector.
- Reconnect.
- Verify all settings and zones remain configured.
