How do I configure bus-only detection with the AGD650?
Purpose
Bus-only detection allows outputs to activate exclusively for buses.
Configuration Procedure
- Open Set Zones.
- Select the required zone.
- Open Detection Classes.
- Choose Custom.
- Select Buses.
- Apply settings.
Performance Recommendations
Ambient Lighting
Minimum recommended illumination:
- 20 Lux
The AGD650 includes an IR filter and does not use IR illumination.
Detector Position
Avoid installations where:
- Signal heads obscure vehicles.
- Large objects enter the field of view immediately after the detection zone.
Detection Zone Placement
For best classification accuracy:
- Position zones 10–20 metres from the detector.
- Maintain clear visibility before and after the zone.
Vehicle Visibility
The entire vehicle should remain visible while travelling through the zone.
Partial visibility may cause:
- Reduced confidence scores.
- Incorrect classification.
